Real Kaiten Group (RK) of companies is held under Real Kaiten Consultancy & Investments Pte Ltd, a boutique investment holding company with interests in Clean Energy, Building & Enabling Infrastructure in emerging markets, and in the business of providing Project Transaction services to facilitate project development in these sectors to project sponsors and lenders.
Our management’s core skillsets are in project management, project finance, engineering (IT & robotics), logistics with ground experience in Africa and several emerging markets including Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Afghanistan, & Iran.
As part of technology adoption to better serve our clients, we have developed technical & analytical capabilities for transparent and visual Project Finance stakeholder reporting using state-of-the-art Building Information Modelling (BIM) techniques.
Our partners include clean technology developers and scientists in the areas of LED and energy-saving/ clean power technology in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong. Our clients are broad based across sectors of Building, Marine Engineering, and Clean Power including recently, large listed companies on Hong Kong Stock Exchange involved in Clean Energy & Material Resources, as well as subsidiaries of large enterprises in China involved in marine engineering & construction of sustainable infrastructure.

Our History
Started in 2003 with Kaiiten Communications Pte Ltd, as an investor relations agency engaged by global companies listed on Singapore Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia with Total Market Capitalisation value > S$900 Million.
Expanded in 2008 with Real Kaiten Consultancy & Investments Pte Ltd, an investment holding company, grew interests in Project Investments in Africa, Clean Tech R&D Commercialisation as well as providing Project Transaction Services for project sponsors and lenders.
Corporate restructure towards project-oriented setup & establishing Joint Venture outfits and technical partnerships in China (Beijing), Taiwan, Hong Kong and Angola.
